The Human Resources (HR) Summer Intern at Sparkles will assist the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR functions within a healthcare/dental setting, offering valuable exposure to HR best practices and workplace policies.

Qualifications
• BBA/PGDM / MBA in Human Resources
• Final Year Students
• Any HR-relevant course
On Successful completion: Certificate of Completion
