We are urgently looking for the post of Optical Sales Executive at Ranchi & Jamshedpur location. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Optical Retail Business Operation. Details about the job profile are mentioned below.

Salary: ++1-XXXXXXXXXX per month (Consolidated) based on experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ability to handle all sales functions in a professional manner for counter customers by providing prompt and efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction.All Clients should be greeted warmly and enthusiastically when they enter the store.Must be capable for solely handling an outlet whenever needed.Be familiar with all of the optical frame ranges we carry and be able to explain the different features and benefits, as well as the brand values.The executive must fully understand the design, function and features of the current lenses offered by the Store.To ensure that the all areas of the Store, Frame Displays, Frames and Sunglasses are clean, dust free and tidy.You will support and endorse Store Promotions that are conducted from time to time for specific products.Regular follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service and resolving the queries addressed by the customer.Need to supervise and manage cash and payment systems in the outlet in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.Supervise and maintain proper condition of all equipment's, fixtures and machinery in the outlet.

Good communication and interpersonal skillShould be target-orientedKnowledge of eye-testingKnowledge of various lenses brandHand-on knowledge of MS-Office
