General Function:
The major responsibility of the Optometry Practice Director is to oversee operations and drive growth across two practices in the greater Atlanta, GA area. The ideal candidate will be a true leader with drive and desire to continue growing professionally with the practice group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue and profitability
• Build and develop the team
• Systematize operations
• Own the patient experience
• Back office and compliance
Requirements:
• 3+ years of eye care management experience preferred
• optometry and/or ophthalmology background
• prior experience as an optician/technician preferred
$60,000-$80,000 annual salary plus commission
