Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Implementation Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion to support enterprise HCM implementations. This role will focus on leading QA activities, validating business processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of functional HCM knowledge and QA leadership experience, working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end QA and testing efforts for Oracle HCM / Fusion implementations
• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business requirements
• Validate HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Absence Management
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure accurate configuration and integration
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing
• Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution using standard QA tools
• Ensure data integrity and validate data migration between legacy systems and Oracle HCM
• Act as a functional QA lead, providing guidance to junior QA analysts and coordinating testing activities
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and validated
• Support go-live activities and post-production validation
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in QA / Testing, with strong focus on HCM implementations
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and workflows
• Proven experience leading QA efforts in enterprise implementations
• Experience in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
• Ability to create detailed test documentation and manage testing lifecycle
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Prior experience in data migration testing and integrations
• Exposure to automation testing tools is a plus
• Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud or QA/testing methodologies
