Role Description:
Graviton Consulting is seeking a US -based Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in T&L (OTL) module. The you will play a critical role in the successful implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor (T&L) solutions and to meet client needs, and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Please go through the below job description thoroughly before applying or sending your resume.
Required Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a functional consultant, specifically with Oracle Cloud Time and Labor along with any other related Oracle HCM module.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor, including configuration of time collection rules, work schedules, shifts, and accrual plans.
• Familiarity with HCM tools such as Oracle Fast Formulas for time calculations, HCM Extracts and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Experience with the technology implementation life cycle, preferably with all phases (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)
• Excellent business analysis skills including the ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyse client business requirements and suggest solutions to meet these requirements through the delivered configuration.
• Possesses strong communication, written and problem-solving skills.
• Provide leadership and advice on Oracle best practices and stay up to date with new Oracle Cloud HCM releases and features to ensure the latest functionality is available to clients.
Desired Skills:
• Public Sector experience
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification, specifically in Time and Labor.
