Job Title: Oracle CX Functional Consultant (VBCS)
Location: Remote (Occasional Travel)
Duration: 12+ month Contract
Description:
o Has experience in ERP redwood UI migration
o Has high level understanding of CX module functionality
In addition to the above VBCS experience, we need below skill set specific to CX Redwood Implementation
• Experience in visual builder in creating Extensions, Action chains, Event Listeners, JSON, and JavaScript.
• Design, test, and deploy the application using Redwood and modifying the Redwood pages.
• Understanding of Redwood interactions with existing CX Sales customizations.
• Oracle CX Sales Extensibility knowledge.
• Functional understanding of OOTB CX Sales & Digital Sales Offering
• Ability to understand, analyze, and solve ******** and implicit requirements.
• Ability to research, follow up, and resolve complex problems
