Job Description:
Required Technical Skill Set: Hyperion Planning
Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate to end users.
Roles and responsibilities:
Hands on Experience on Planning Modules is must. Sound Knowledge on Business Rules/Forms / Task Lists / Reports. Working experience of Oracle SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, EPM Automate, MaxL, Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, Load rules, application migration in different environments, cloning cloud environment, database back up, designing security Designing dashboards in cloud Experience in Implementation of Hyperion with strong Application Development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite. Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design Sound functional knowledge (Understand of planning modelling like P&L, BS, Workforce, Capex planning etc.. and inter dependencies) Assist in the day-to-day operations of managed services, ensuring timely resolution of client issues. Provide support to the Oracle EPM managed services team, including troubleshooting and problem resolution. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Monitor service performance metrics and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems. Assist in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and client satisfaction to senior team members.
