Job Title: Oracle Systems Accountant
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Systems Accountant to join our team at the Ministry of Social Development in Wellington or Auckland.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Oracle Integration Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) workflows and EPM Data Exchange processes.
Ensure seamless data flow and optimise integration performance.
Configure and Maintain Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM Modules: Set up and manage Oracle ERP Financials, Oracle EPM, and Oracle Procurement.
Optimise system configurations and integration patterns.
Perform financial system administration functions and develop automated processes.
Develop, Test, and Deploy BI Reports: Design and build BI reports using Oracle BI tools.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of data through thorough testing.
Collaborate with Finance and IST Teams: Gather system requirements and understand business processes.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure Data Accuracy and Integrity: Monitor and maintain financial data accuracy.
Implement data validation and reconciliation processes.
Provide Training and Support to End-Users: Conduct training sessions and create user guides.
Offer ongoing support and gather user feedback for improvements.
Troubleshoot and Resolve System Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Oracle financial systems and BI reports.
Work with Oracle support and external vendors as needed.
Participate in System Upgrades, Patches, and Enhancements: Stay informed about new Oracle releases and updates.
Plan and execute system upgrades and patches.
Document System Configurations, Processes, and Procedures: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and workflow
