Experience-1-4 yrs

Location- Mumbai

JD:-

 Should have knowledge in general accounting, finance & accounts.

 Preferred understanding of Accounts Receivables (Billing/OTC).

 Good knowledge of project billing (invoicing) and income generation tasks.

 Ensure that contractual duties regarding invoicing are understood and followed.

 Performing system-based billing and invoicing activities.

 Clearing project WIP and issuing invoices to clients in a timely way in accordance

with contractual T&Cs

 Run/examine reports as per financials on a weekly basis to review project revenue

recognition.

 Prepare draught invoices, final invoices, credit notes, and backup documents in a

timely and correct manner.

 As needed, provide periodic and ad hoc reporting/analytical support.

 Maintain positive working relationships with Project Managers, Cost Controllers, BSC

personnel, and Finance.

 Ensure all teams deliverables are completed in due time and compliant to relevant

standards and policies and reported accurately

 Ensure compliance to all SLA and KPI targets

 Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

 Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs

 Handle quality control and audits

 Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy

1. B. Com, M. Com / Post Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting

2. Preferred understanding of customer billing / invoicing

3. Knowledge of various ERPs’- Oracle R12, MS Office, Advanced Excel

4. Good English Communication skills
