Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service
· Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that the company can offer to prospects
· Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
· Keep record of outbound call history and customers response in detail
· Ensure customer follow-up all the time
· Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
· Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals
· Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed
· Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings
Key Requirements:
· 0-2 years of previous working experience in Outbound Sales preferably in software products
· Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
· Proficiency with computers, like CRM software, and strong typing skills
· Strong time management and decision-making skills
· Open to night shift
