- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Connect to numerous brands by call, email, or LinkedIn for business growth.
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales and marketing team.
- Set targets, motivate team members, and monitor their performance.
- Oversee sales activities and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media, etc.). Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive products/services.
- Use data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Monitor expenses and ensure activities are within budget constraints.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels. Develop and maintain the company's brand image and reputation.
- Provide regular reports on sales and marketing performance. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other departments such as product development, finance, and operations to ensure a cohesive business strategy. Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Attend industry events and conferences.
