Savor Caviar is a Houston-based premium food company specializing in caviar, truffles, Wagyu, and other luxury gourmet products. We work with restaurants, chefs, hospitality groups, and retail clients, providing high-quality products and personalized service.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, well-connected sales professional in the Houston market to help grow our restaurant and hospitality accounts. The ideal candidate has experience in outside sales and understands how to build relationships with chefs, buyers, restaurant groups, hotels, and premium retail accounts.
Responsibilities
• Develop new business with restaurants, chefs, hospitality groups, hotels, and specialty retail
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Conduct in-person visits, tastings, and product presentations
• Identify new sales opportunities and open new accounts
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and orders
• Work closely with management on pricing, product selection, and account strategy
• Represent the company professionally in the Houston market
Preferred Background
• Experience in foodservice sales, hospitality sales, wine & spirits, seafood, meat, specialty food, or other premium products
• Existing relationships with chefs, restaurant buyers, or hospitality decision-makers in Houston is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation for local client visits
Compensation
• Base salary + commission
• Compensation will depend on experience, market relationships, and ability to generate new business
• Local travel / client visit support can be discussed
