Position Title: Accountant

Location: Vadodara

Job Summary: We are hiring an accounting executive that can contribute to organizational growth by using their educational skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· We require an accountant who can work independently under guidance of senior. Accountant should be at least 2 year experience in retail, trading or manufacturing concern and also be proficient in excel.

· Should be able to note the duties and task and complete task independently.

· Should be able to keep calm under pressure and be available during tax season of Sept to Dec each year.

· Accountant shall be assigned accounting clients or accounts as per document (hard copy or soft copy) and the same should be verified and processed if in excel which is suitable for accounts and ask client for correct details in timely manner

· Accountant shall also then do scrutiny of Profit and Loss ac and Balance sheet for correctness of entries and reconciliation of GST and Sales, Debtors and Receivables and Creditors and Payable.

· Prepare advance tax and TDS and GST worksheets in excel and also final balance sheet as per excel format.

· Work with Chartered Accountant to complete the tax filing requirements.

· Should understand difference between an individual proprietor, partnership, One person company and private limited company

Key Competencies, Skills and Experience:

· Should have 1 to 2 year experience.

· Should have excellent verbal and written and oral communication skills, must be a graduate or have any Masters Degree in Accounting Stream

· Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

· Must be tech savvy (Know Tally, MS Excel, Word, Power Point, web, internet and email communication).

· Must be fast learner and should have ability to grasp things and become productive.

· Should have mathematical, deductive reasoning and time management skills.

· Must have ability to work in fast paced, team oriented, dynamic work environment.

· Must have solid coordination and planning skill.

· Must have high integrity and honesty.

· Must always be seeking to learn and grow.
