Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting functions for clients of our Firm. Our Firm is in practice for over 22 years. The candidate will support our firm by being part of the accounting process which will include processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience. You may also be involved in performance of banking audits and advisory services such as valuation of company/ firms, due diligence etc. The candidate will also support in GST return preparations and other compliance matters.
Responsibilities
• Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
• Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
• Handle monthly and quarterly reports and compliance matters
• Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll
Qualifications
• Bachelor's/ Masters Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
• Experience working in Accounting
• Previous experience in auditing firms/ articleship will be added benefit
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented
