The Opportunity:
The Manager, Paid Marketing, will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google, Bing, Meta etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing and analytics, with experience using GA4, and a keen appetite for experimentation, utilizing tools like VWO and Hotjar to analyse and refine marketing strategies.
Job responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn and third-party networks.
• Develop and implement full funnel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to optimize campaigns using tools like VWO and Hotjar.
• Analyse data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize analytics platforms such as GA4 to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and improve existing strategies.

Qualifications and prerequisites:
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in paid marketing in the consumer space, with a minimum of 3-4 years managing Google Ads.
• Proven experience in planning and executing campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and third-party networks, with strong analytical skills using GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation tools such as VWO and Hotjar, combined with a deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, along with a creative mindset and passion for marketing innovation and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
