Operational Maintenance
• Monitor and maintain CyberArk Conjur and AAM environments
• Perform routine health checks patching and upgrades of CyberArk infrastructure
• Ensure high availability and performance of CyberArk services
• Technical Support Troubleshooting
• Provide L2L3 support for CyberArk Conjur AAM and CORE PAS
• Investigate and resolve incidents service requests and performance issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Integration Onboarding
• Support onboarding of custom web applications and thirdparty systems
• Assist in implementing and maintaining custom connectors
• Ensure secure integration with enterprise applications and databases
• Documentation Knowledge Sharing
• Maintain uptodate documentation for operational procedures and configurations
• Create knowledge base articles and SOPs for recurring issues and tasks
• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to internal teams and customers
• Security Compliance
• Implement and enforce secure access policies for privileged accounts
• Ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirement
