There is currently one (1) permanent position available from the 1st July 2026.

About the role

This role provides high level support to the Standards & Engagement Unit as well as private practitioner panel and list members. The role is diverse and includes arranging and/or presenting training (one on one or small groups), assisting our private practitioner panel members with support including memberships, system use and general enquiries. You will engage a lot with our panel members, as well as internal colleagues including the grants management and integrity teams.

About you

You will be a part of an agency that provides access to justice to very vulnerable clients. You will have the ability to pivot between tasks, including urgent requests for the team. You will work with a small dynamic team that promotes legal aid work to the private profession and assist in innovative ways to increase the panel membership. Once practitioners join the panels, you will often be the first point of contact to provide information, support and ongoing assistance.
