Job Description
Why join us?
Our Motor Recoveries team at DWF are currently seeking to hire a Paralegal.
The Motor Recoveries team issue county court proceedings for their clients to pursue the recovery of monetary losses incurred as a result of road traffic accidents. The type of claims the team handle are subrogated recoveries, we handle all matters from pre-litigation all the way to the final hearing/trial.
Working in the Volume Recoveries team provides exposure to litigation and handling litigated work given that whilst we receive our instructions in their pre-litigated state, our instructions are to recover our client's losses, and usually the easiest/quickest way to do this is through litigation.
