Hiring: Paralegal Position
We are seeking Pre-Litigator (Fee Earner) with experience in personal injury sector. Experience can be from either Defendant or Claimant work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of RTA personal injury claims, with a strong focus on litigated cases.
• Handle Hire, Storage, and Recovery matters.
• Work with claims governed by the following protocols:
o Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims below the Small Claims Limit in Road Traffic Accidents (RTA Small Claims Protocol).
o Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims in Road Traffic Accidents.
o Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs.
• Consistently hit monetary targets.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
Requirements:
• LLB with a minimum 2:1 honour degree.
• Proven track record of independently managing a substantial caseload.
• Proficient in IT with experience using case management systems.
• Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
