About the role
PCAG (Project & Commercial Advisory Group) is a specialist construction commercial advisory consultancy. We are seeking a detail-oriented law or commerce student to support contract administration on an active procurement project for a major infrastructure client.
You will populate and finalise subcontracts using provided templates, adding contractor details, scope of works, schedule rates, and key contractual information across annexures. This is substantive work that will give you real exposure to construction contracts and commercial procurement processes.
What you'll do
Populate subcontract templates with contractor contact details, scope of works, and schedule rates drawn from tender responses and negotiated positions
Ensure contractual pass-downs and compliance provisions are correctly inserted across all documents
Issue contracts to subcontractors and track responses
Follow up with subcontractors as needed to clarify information and progress execution
What we're looking for
Prior experience reviewing, preparing, populating, or administering legal, commercial, procurement, or contract documents is required.
Currently studying law, construction management, quantity surveying, or a related discipline.
High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Able to work independently and manage your own time remotely
Some familiarity with contracts or legal documents is an advantage
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
