Title: Paralegal
Location: Camarillo, CA
Position Overview
As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for supporting attorneys in various legal tasks, including drafting legal documents, conducting research, and managing cases.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Manage cases and assist attorneys in all stages of litigation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts as needed.
• Prepare and organize documents for court filings and hearings.
• Maintain client files and documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys.
Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on Employment Law, Class Action, PAGA, and Civil Litigation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
