Busy and highly successful defense law firm based in Florida is seeking experienced, LITIGATION PARALEGALS to join our team.
Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:
• Certified Paralegal from accredited school
• Minimum 3 years strong experience in general litigation AND/OR insurance coverage/defense litigation
• Strong experience with document handling, preparation and maintenance
• Proficient in drafting correspondence, pleadings, briefs and other documents for trial preparation – must demonstrate excellent writing skills and attention to details.
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume work environment and provide support to multiple attorneys.
• Excellent oral communication skills, comfortable and proficient communicating with clients and witnesses
• Highly organized and efficient.
• Heavy trial preparation experience REQUIRED.
