Our client is seeking a Paralegal to support the residential conveyancing team of fee earners, who manage a large caseload of sales and purchases for property across London and the Northern Home Counties.
In this role you will be fundamental to ensuring the conveyancing process is managed, and timelines adhered to.
To be considered you will have experience in a similar role, demonstrating very good communication and organisational skills as you will be smoothing the process through keeping clients and other third parties updated on enquiries and searches. Key skills will be in post completion matters to include filing and docs collation.
The firm offer a very good career structure and you will in time be given the opportunity to take professional qualifications to be a fee earner in your own right.
