We are looking for a hungry enthusiastic paralegal with a view to gaining a training contract to join LLM Southampton Ltd
The applicant must have a law degree (LLB Hons) and Local to Southampton.
Whoever applies should know that our director, Khalid Missouri, has a very strong track record of supporting and helping people to transition from the study of law to becoming highly effective lawyers representing defendants from the police station right up to the Crown Court in the most serious cases.
Job Description
• Becoming Police Station accredited and thereafter representing clients at the police station.
• Managing clients' cases at both the police station and magistrates’ court stage which will include preparation for trials at the magistrates’ court.
• Assisting counsel and senior fee earners with the preparation of crown court cases.
• Assisting with Legal Aid Applications
• Undertaking any additional reasonable ad-hoc administrative tasks to hep the team
