Delhi Public School Nacharam is looking for Parent Grievance Officer cum Admin coordinator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Working as a Parent Relation Officer for all student transport and logistics related concerns •
2. Supervising end to end transportation incident management and providing updates to parents and senior leadership regarding the same
3• Handling of escalated concerns of parents via calls, emails, and service tickets • Managing of a team of 38 transportation executives including Operations and HR related concerns
4. Conducting daily governance meeting with transportation executives to discuss the current challenges, risks, etc. and providing mitigations for the same • 5. 5.Spearheading the management of all MIS records related to transportation and route planning .
6. Sending daily status report to senior management (Reporting manager) related to transportation and logistics •
7. Pro-active monitoring of transportation related challenges and risks, devising workarounds for the same and communicating the same to all stakeholders (Parents, Vendors, senior leadership, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
