We are on the lookout for an Advanced Retail Professional to join our Westgate Factory Outlet in Auckland on a PART-TIME basis.
Please note- this role requires availability on both weekdays and weekends to set weekly hours.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas Factory Outlet through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to address them and drive commercial success
Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
Share your customer service experience and train selected team members to fine-tune their service skills
Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In Store Communication standards
Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
