Job description
We are seeking a part-time Google Cloud Trainer to join our team.
Job Description:
Trainer has to deliver high-quality training sessions to candidates who looking to enhance their skills in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). As a Google Cloud Trainer, you will play a crucial role in empowering professionals to leverage GCP effectively for their business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Develop Training Curriculum: Create and update training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to cover a wide range of topics related to Google Cloud Platform services, including compute, storage, networking, databases, machine learning, and more.
• Deliver Training Sessions: Lead engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to educate participants on the fundamentals and advanced concepts of GCP. Sessions may include lectures, demonstrations, labs, and Q&A sessions.
• Customize Training Programs: Assess the skill levels and learning objectives of participants to tailor training programs accordingly. Provide personalized guidance and support to help participants achieve their learning goals.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest developments, updates, and best practices in Google Cloud technology. Continuously update training materials and sessions to reflect current industry trends and advancements.
• Provide Feedback and Support: Offer constructive feedback to participants on their progress and performance during training sessions. Provide additional support and guidance as needed to address any challenges or questions.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other trainers and team members to coordinate training schedules, share best practices, and contribute to the overall improvement of training programs.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various GCP services and tools, such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, TensorFlow, etc.
• Teaching Experience: Previous experience in delivering training or educational sessions, preferably in cloud computing or related technology fields. Experience with instructional design principles is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training approaches and materials to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of participants.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and challenges encountered during training sessions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with participants and create a supportive learning environment conducive to knowledge acquisition and skill development.
• Certification: Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer) are highly desirable but not required.
