Full job description
We are looking for dynamic and dedicated Life Skills Trainers who are passionate about working with adolescents. As a trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering structured life skills sessions to high school students, helping them develop emotional intelligence, communication abilities, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging in-person and online training sessions for students (Grades 6 to 10).
Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and classroom dynamics.
Provide mentorship and create a safe, inclusive environment for students.
Participate in initial and ongoing trainer development programs.
Travel to partner schools and training locations as needed.

Qualifications

Experience: 4–5 years of experience delivering soft skills training, preferably to school students.
Other Requirements:
Strong presence and positive body language.
Energetic, well-groomed, and passionate about youth development.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
