We are looking for dynamic and dedicated Life Skills Trainers who are passionate about working with adolescents. As a trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering structured life skills sessions to high school students, helping them develop emotional intelligence, communication abilities, and critical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging in-person and online training sessions for students (Grades 6 to 10).
Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and classroom dynamics.
Provide mentorship and create a safe, inclusive environment for students.
Participate in initial and ongoing trainer development programs.
Travel to partner schools and training locations as needed.
