Job Description
Basic Responsibilities
Maintain the live schedule after hours during the weekday and the weekend
Assist the office team with general administrative duties after hours
Manage client and caregivers' calls and texts sent through the Caregiver Line and Main Line
Work within company software
Expected to find coverage for shifts in the current week
Cover a shift if an employee calls out last minute.
Take calls from potential new clients and pass that information onto the correct department.
Ability to work from 5pm to 8am weekdays, and Fridays from 5pm-Monday at 8am on weekends. Flexible and rotating schedule.

Manage all incoming calls from multiple lines
Oversee caregivers' schedules and clock in and out times
Have the ability to cover a shift as needed
Ability to be on-call multiple times a week and on weekends
Requirements
Computer knowledge is needed for this position
Superior interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
Pass a background check
Must be available to work full on-call schedule

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
