L'équipe des ressources humaines d’Airbus Canada à Mirabel est à la recherche d’un candidat qui s'associe à l'entreprise en contribuant à l'atteinte d'objectifs stratégiques et opérationnels des secteurs salariés et syndiqués.

Dans votre rôle, vous devrez :

Conseiller les gestionnaires sur l'application et l'interprétation de la convention collective et communiquer l'alignement des relations de travail;

Aider l’organisation à atteindre ses objectifs en identifiant les opportunités d’amélioration de la gestion des ressources humaines et en menant l'analyse et le diagnostic des besoins des clients.

Fournir un accompagnement et un soutien aux gestionnaires sur le développement du leadership, la gestion des talents et des performances, la gestion du changement, les relations interpersonnelles ou d’équipe et la communication.

Soutenir la livraison et le déploiement de programmes et de processus RH, tels que le cycle de gestion de la performance, la révision salariale annuelle, l'examen annuel du leadership, l'enquête et le développement sur l'engagement des employés, etc.

Contribuer aux améliorations continues et aux meilleures pratiques pour influencer les stratégies de ressources humaines.

Contribuer au développement et à la prestation de formation pour les gestionnaires au sein de l'organisation (formation en relations de travail et en gestion du leadership).

Contribuer à la création et la mise en place de politiques relatives aux ressources humaines.

Contribuer, au besoin, aux activités de recrutement où vous pouvez aider les gestionnaires dans la création et l'intégration complète de stratégies de recrutement, d'embauche et de rétention.

Assurer la gestion opérationnelle des ressources humaines.

En tant que candidat idéal,

Vous détenez un baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou dans un domaine connexe;

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum au sein d'une équipe des Ressources Humaines dans un milieu syndiqué.

Vous savez faire usage de votre capacité d’influence pour guider les gestionnaires vers les meilleures solutions

Vous avez une forte capacité d'autonomie.

Vous avez un intérêt à atteindre vos objectifs et avez une forte capacité d'adaptation aux situations inattendues.

Vous aimez collaborer et travailler en équipe dans un environnement multiculturel.

Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication (écrite et parlée) et vous parlez facilement le français et l'anglais.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint). Excel est un atout très important.

Vous avez de l'expérience dans la conception, le développement et la livraison de solutions d'affaires RH ;

Vous avez la capacité de gérer des projets et vous êtes orienté vers le travail d'équipe;

Vous êtes axé sur les résultats et êtes reconnu pour votre multitâche, dans un environnement au rythme rapide ;

The Airbus Canada Human Resources team in Mirabel is looking for a candidate that will partner with the business by contributing to the achievement of strategic and operational objectives for salaried and unionized groups.

In your role, you will:

Advise management on the application and interpretation of the collective agreement and communicate labor relations alignment;

Assist the business unit in achieving their goals by identifying human resources opportunities and by leading the analysis & diagnosis of client needs.

Provide coaching & support management on leadership development, talent and performance management, change management, interpersonal and team relations & communication.

Support the delivery and deployment of HR programs and processes, such as the Performance Management cycle, Annual Salary Review, Annual Leadership Review, Employee Engagement Survey & Development, etc.

Contribute to continuous improvements & best practices to influence human resources strategies.

Contribute to the development and the delivery of training for the Managers within the organization (labor relations and leadership management training).

Contribute to the creation and implementation of Human Resources policies.

Contribute, when required, to recruitment activities where you can assist managers in the creation and full integration of recruitment, hiring and retention strategies.

Support the Human Resources operational activities.

As our ideal candidate,

You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field;

You have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a Human Resources Department, in a unionized environment.

You make use of your ability to influence in order to guide the management towards the best solutions.

You have a strong capacity for autonomy.

You have an interest in achieving your objectives and have a strong ability to adapt to unexpected situations.

You like to collaborate and work as a team in a multicultural environment.

You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and you speak French and English easily.

You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excel is a very important asset.

You have experience in designing, developing and delivering HR business solutions;

You have the ability to manage projects and you are teamwork oriented;

You are results-oriented and are recognized for your multi-tasking, in a fast pace environment;
