This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Partner Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners, coordinating logistics and shipment operations, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of cargo. Daily tasks include communicating with partners, monitoring shipment status, resolving any issues that arise, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes.
Qualifications
• Relationship Building, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Logistics coordination and Shipment operations
• Problem Solving and Issue Resolution skills
• Organization and Time Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the cargo or logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
