Demonstrated technical legal skills and expertise, including knowledge of federal securities laws and disclosure requirements, NYSE requirements, and state regulations regarding corporations, partnerships and general corporate matters
Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with proficiency in making business-oriented recommendations

Candidate should have a minimum of five years legal experience at a top tier law firm or as in-house counsel preparing and reviewing SEC filings and working on commercial and financings transactions
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
