This Partner-level role leads growth for the Network Equipment Provider(NEP) consulting business, driving profitable expansion across strategic accounts by leveraging existing and emerging capabilities. The Partner builds C-level relationships, collaborates with Global Account Executives, and creates new strategic growth areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead consulting across strategic NEP accounts, managing business development, client relationships, and delivery.
• Partner with client executives to define and execute transformation strategies (customer experience, operational efficiency, product innovation, digital enablement).
• Develop differentiated consulting solutions using AI, GenAI, cloud, IoT, and data analytics.
• Cultivate strong C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for long-term client strategy.
• Collaborate with global account teams to align on client goals and ensure seamless execution.
• Drive brand visibility and thought leadership through publications, industry forums, and digital channels.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams, fostering a high-performing, client-centric culture.
• Identify opportunities for AI solutions, drive AI transformation roadmaps, and ensure actionable business plans.
• Ensure compliance with Trust & Safety in AI, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal, ethical, and regulatory frameworks.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven senior consulting/advisory experience in NEP industry, with multimillion-dollar transformation initiatives
• Strong commercial acumen; ability to win new business, expand client relationships, and lead strategic growth.
• Deep knowledge of the NEP landscape, including Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
• Experience driving AI product roadmaps, improving AI accuracy, and shaping data science strategy.
• Skilled in assessing data quality, availability, and modeling opportunities.
• Certifications in AI or data analytics (strong preference for Google Cloud AI)
• Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary consulting engagements across geographies.
• Passion for innovation and transformation; ability to identify trends and translate them into client solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing consulting talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
