Job Description
As a Partner in Customer Success, you will:
• Serve as the executive sponsor and strategic thought partner for pharma and life sciences clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering enterprise-grade analytics and AI solutions across R&D, commercial, and supply chain functions
• Own the growth agenda for your vertical: from developing relationships and shaping solution narratives to overseeing delivery quality and driving measurable outcomes.
• Operate as a trusted advisor, blending your domain knowledge with technical fluency to translate business problems into scalable solutions.
• Partner closely with global delivery teams (primarily based in India) and maintain a strong client presence onsite to ensure engagement success.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Build and expand C-level relationships with global CPG clients.
• Identify whitespace opportunities across functions
• Shape and lead strategic engagements, ensuring business impact and client satisfaction.
• Drive account growth and new business development, including solutioning and proposal ownership.
• Lead high-performing teams, coaching them on life sciences domain nuances and client-centric consulting practices. Contribute to internal IP development, pharma industry strategy, and leadership enablement within MathCo.
Skills Required
• 15+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or strategy roles with a focus on CPG / Retail.
• Proven ability to build trust with business and IT leaders alike; comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders and scientific leadership.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and the application of these technologies in regulated environments.
• Track record of building and scaling accounts, including revenue ownership, solution development, and delivery oversight.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Business teams) to define data solutions aligned with business needs.
