Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Partner – Fractional General Counsel Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned corporate-commercial lawyer with the ability to serve as an external legal advisor for businesses, providing ongoing strategic legal support in a flexible engagement model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a Fractional General Counsel for multiple clients, offering day-to-day legal advisory on corporate and commercial matters.
• Provide corporate governance, risk management, and compliance solutions tailored to business needs.
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts, investment agreements, and joint venture structures.
• Advise on M&A transactions, business structuring, and regulatory compliance.
• Guide clients on employment law, intellectual property, and dispute resolution strategies.
• Support business leaders by identifying legal risks and opportunities, ensuring businesses operate within legal frameworks.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic legal advisor.
• Assist in business development and expansion of the firm’s Fractional GC services.
Eligibility Criteria
• A qualified corporate lawyer with 5-10 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and transactional law.
• Experienced in general counsel/advisory roles, having worked closely with businesses in legal and strategic capacities.
• Skilled in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Business-minded with the ability to provide practical, commercially viable legal advice.
• Comfortable handling multiple client engagements and working in a flexible, dynamic environment.
• A proactive and solutions-driven legal professional with a passion for helping businesses grow.
