Our client, a highly regarded and rapidly growing plaintiff-side law firm, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Partner to join and help expand their litigation practice. This is a high-impact role for an attorney with a proven track record of success, strong leadership ability, and a desire to be part of a firm that consistently delivers results on complex, high-value cases.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a docket of personal injury cases from intake through resolution or trial
Handle high-exposure matters including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex liability cases
Develop case strategy, oversee litigation efforts, and drive favorable outcomes
Mentor and guide associates, paralegals, and support staff
Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and firm strategy
Maintain and grow client relationships; contribute to business development efforts
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
Proven track record of settlements/verdicts in high-value cases
Strong courtroom presence and trial experience is a plus
Ability to manage a team and oversee multiple cases at once
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in contributing to firm growth
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
