Requirements:
- Open to interns and freshers
- Candidates preferable from Andheri East location.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve real-time order-related issues for restaurants
- Update payout sheets daily for weekly payments
- Document order-related issues with CRT member names
- Gather customer suggestions and feedback
- Strengthen customer relationships in line with KPIs
- Provide performance feedback and address team issues for CRT
- Report to Operations Head and CEO
- Ensure associates use effective methods and tools for onboarding new eateries
- Facilitate proper knowledge transfer for new team members
- Provide necessary tools for associates to perform their responsibilities
- Maintain reports based on company-defined KPIs
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
