Job Description

The Partner Coordinator at Driven will be the operational backbone for our partner network, with a special emphasis on supporting Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs). You will manage partner communications, lead qualification, and application coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for partners and their customers. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about relationship management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities: What you will do
1. ISO Channel Relationship Management
Serve as the primary coordinator for ISO partners, guiding them through sign-up, bank connection, offer presentation, and documentation requirements.
Acknowledge receipt of application packages and ensure all required documents are submitted by the ISO.
Communicate with partners using provided templates to update on duplicate leads, missing documentation, or next steps.
2. Lead Management & Qualification
Monitor lead submissions from partners via email and portal; dedupe leads and verify eligibility according to established criteria.
Collaborate with partners to address unqualified leads and support behavior modification for improved lead quality.
Revive dormant leads and support repeat portfolio growth, especially within the ISO channel.
3. Application Coordination
Ensure all application packages are complete and forwarded to the appropriate internal teams for processing.
Coordinate with partners to connect customer bank accounts and facilitate offer presentation.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly stats presentations on lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health for internal stakeholders and partners.
Support weekly updates for leadership and each Sales Account Executive, providing clear insights into performance metrics and portfolio health.
5. Operational Excellence
Execute all partner communications and lead management processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and analytics teams to align partnership activities with organizational goals.
Qualifications: What you will bring
Demonstrated ability to coordinate operational activities, support cross-functional teams, and maintain partner relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (French and English).
Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, email, and Microsoft Suite.
Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
Comfort with presenting data and insights to stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
