Job Description
We “pulse check” frequently, measure what matters, catch people doing what’s right and celebrate wins. It’s what’s gotten us recognized as one of Alberta’s Best Workplaces. Together we passionately serve our clients while we continue to perfect our craft.
If that sounds like a culture in which you’d thrive, our company is seeking a new SPLICEr to join the team as a Partnerships and Alliances Administrator.

This role is an in-office role within SPLICE’s Calgary corporate office. Who you are:
You love to dig into something complex and find a way to make it fun, safe and easy.
You love to build new connections and foster relationships – you’re the kind of person who will strike up a conversation with anyone and somehow find commonality.
You are personable but don’t rely on charm. You’re an active listener and great note-taker.

You can work well in a team environment, assisting other members of the team as required.
Computers don’t scare you, and you know that leveraging tools and processes will only help you be more effective and efficient at your job.
While we are seeking the ideal person as described above, we at SPLICE believe that skills can be taught, but the right attitude and energy are essential to success. SPLICErs are a unique breed, and we love to find strong performers who fit our culture and help them grow into the perfect fit for their current roles and beyond.
