Partnerships & Alliances Administrator

💰 ₹18,000 - ₹28,800 (Est.) 📍 Calgary 🏠 Remote / WFH

Job Description

SPLICE Software believes in connections. We enable our clients to connect with their customers. We operate our company with a focus on keeping our team members, aka “SPLICErs,” connected to each other, to our executive team, and to their work.

We “pulse check” frequently, measure what matters, catch people doing what’s right and celebrate wins. It’s what’s gotten us recognized as one of Alberta’s Best Workplaces. Together we passionately serve our clients while we continue to perfect our craft.

If that sounds like a culture in which you’d thrive, our company is seeking a new SPLICEr to join the team as a Partnerships and Alliances Administrator.

Location:

This role is an in-office role within SPLICE’s Calgary corporate office. We are a people-first company and can be flexible with how your hours are structured, but we picture seeing your smiling face in office every day (except Fridays which are frequently work from home, at the discretion of your manager)

Who you are:

You love to dig into something complex and find a way to make it fun, safe and easy.
You love to build new connections and foster relationships – you’re the kind of person who will strike up a conversation with anyone and somehow find commonality.
You are personable but don’t rely on charm. You’re an active listener and great note-taker.
You possess excellent attention to detail along with strong oral and written communication skills, including an interest in presenting, persuading, and collaborating at the leadership level.
You understand that hard work, planning and tracking lead to results, but you can reprioritize as required.
You are highly self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve high-level goals and objectives.
You can work well in a team environment, assisting other members of the team as required.
Computers don’t scare you, and you know that leveraging tools and processes will only help you be more effective and efficient at your job.

While we are seeking the ideal person as described above, we at SPLICE believe that skills can be taught, but the right attitude and energy are essential to success. SPLICErs are a unique breed, and we love to find strong performers who fit our culture and help them grow into the perfect fit for their current roles and beyond.

In this role, you will:

Create a warm, welcoming office by managing front-end administration, including keeping the kitchen clean & stocked, assisting with fun activities, ordering office supplies, making bank deposits and other administrative tasks.

Support our Client Success Team by assisting with Audio Quality Assurance.
Collaborate on organizing and scheduling small and large team events, volunteering, team building, special events/holidays, etc. You can take an idea from the Executive Team and run with it.
