Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Accountant at our Ahmedabad office. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and performing monthly and quarterly closing processes. Additional tasks include bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Financial Statement Preparation, General Ledger Maintenance, and Bank Reconciliations
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Monthly/Quarterly Closing Processes
• Knowledge of Tax Compliance and Regulatory Reporting
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are a plus
