As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #30+78), we have been providing training since 2003 to adults and school students, both online and face-to-face, in Queensland and across Australia. What will you spend your days doing?
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for various HR functions, including but not limited to:
Payroll administration
Recruitment and onboarding
Addressing staff concerns and assisting with performance reviews
Rewarding staff and supporting employee engagement initiatives
Assisting management in maintaining a positive work environment
You’ll manage these key areas for a variety of school-based courses, individual adult learners, and internal staff. This role is part-time, working 15 to 20 hours a week, with flexibility to work during school hours if needed.
