Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable (AP)
• Management and maintenance of accounts receivable (AR)
• Conducting regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Maintenance and updating of the general ledger on a regular basis
• Preparation and posting of accurate journal entries
• Actively participating in the month-end close process
• Ensuring the accuracy of customer credit records and taking appropriate action when necessary
• Addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to accounts and transactions
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when required
• Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations
• Familiarity with General Ledger
• Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of accounting principles and regulations
