Key Responsibilities:
• Design and decorate custom cakes using fondant, buttercream, and other mediums
• Sculpt 3D cake toppers, sugar flowers, and themed designs with precision
• Execute cake orders as per client briefs, including weddings, birthdays, and events
• Bake and assemble sponge layers, fillings, and frostings from scratch
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Collaborate on new product development, especially for seasonal and festive menus
• Stay up-to-date with global cake trends, techniques, and tools
• Proficient in bread making, chocolate work and macarons

Pay: ₹10,762.34 - ₹35,421.46 per month
