Desired Profile:
We are looking for a competent registered Indian Patent Agent. Someone who is self-motivated with a high sense of accountability and willing to work long hours if work demands.
Technical Skills:
• Conducting worldwide patent prior art searches.
• Drafting patent specifications in the various disciplines of science/engineering/ technology.
• Worked on Novelty/ FTO searches, analysis and preparing report;
• Should have worked on providing opinion to clients.
• Filing and prosecution of patent applications preferably for all branches including preparing of technical responses, attending hearings.
• Working on Opposition and Dispute cases.
