are seeking Patent Agents with atleast 3-5 years PQE to join the Patents team
Technical Area: Chemistry/Pharma ( Post- graduate prefered)
Language: Excellent written and spoken command of English language is essential.
Specific Responsibilities
The role includes carrying out the following functions:
• undertaking prior art searches, FTOs and infringement searches,
• patentability opinions,
• drafting specifications,
• patent prosecution : FER analysis, preparing responses, attending to client queries, attending hearings,
• assisting Litigation team in case of Appeals and revocations.
