Job Description
• Deep understanding of the IAM world, comprising both of IP and Technology Research
• Understanding should include aspects of IAM crossing roads with strategy/innovation management, prosecution and litigation § Innovation management, consulting, market search, patent drafting, patent search and patent prosecution
• Past experience in providing IP consulting services at a senior level leading client relationships is a must
• International experience, servicing clients in the US, UK and EU
• Preferably certified patent agent and/or patent attorney; patent valuation expert
• Good to have: experience in domains such as automobile, telecommunication, semiconductor/electronics, Pharma
The Successful Applicant
• Must have 8+ years of overall experience in patent law
• Must have team handling experience
• Practical experience working on licensing projects related to High-tech or Pharma
• Analyzing FTO search and drafting risk assessment reports for the clients
• Performing market analysis to shortlist the targets for licensing or litigation
• Preparing litigation-grade claim charts supported using RE or other testing technique
• Hands-on experience working on RE of semiconductor devices
• Knowledge of the US, EP, and Indian Patent laws on infringements
