Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Engineer specialized in Electronics or Mechanical domains, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Patent Engineer will handle tasks such as patent preparation, conducting research, drafting patent specifications, assisting in the prosecution process, and providing technical input on patent applications. The role also involves collaboration with attorneys to analyze intellectual property issues, providing support for litigation, and ensuring compliance with patent laws and regulations.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Patent Preparation and understanding of Intellectual Property laws
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret and evaluate technical documents
• Familiarity with Patent Law and prosecution processes
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) within relevant industries
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interface with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Certification in Intellectual Property Rights or prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage
• Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the respective field.
