Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator (Referral Eligibility)

Location: New Delhi, Mohan Estate (Office-Based for First 6 Months (For Freshers) First 3 Months (For Experienced), Potential for Remote Work Post Evaluation)

Organization: US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Shift: Night Shift (8 PM - 5 AM)

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week with Rotational Weekdays Off (Weekend Working is Compulsory)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in the US Healthcare RCM sector. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to launch a career in healthcare. You will be responsible for managing patient referrals and verifying eligibility, ensuring a smooth process for patients in need of medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing patient referrals for various healthcare services.
Verify eligibility and coverage for patients with insurance providers.
Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care and service delivery.
Address patient inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Adhere to company policies and healthcare regulations while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree 0-4 years are encouraged to apply.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
Basic knowledge of healthcare systems and insurance processes is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.

Initial 6-month for Freshers candidates probation period training and evaluation at Sarita Vihar office in New Delhi.
