About the job:
We are seeking a dedicated patient consultant fluent in English to handle patient inquiries from English-speaking countries. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background and will be responsible for understanding patient needs, providing information on medical services, and assisting with the logistical aspects of their journey to India for medical treatment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to patient inquiries from English-speaking countries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide information on treatment options, hospital services, and doctors available in India.
3. Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and other stakeholders to facilitate patient consultations and appointments.
4. Assist patients with visa, travel, and accommodation arrangements as needed.
5. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow up with patients as required.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout the treatment journey.
