Job Type: Full-time strongly preferred (Part-time considered only for exceptional candidates)
Compensation: Base + uncapped performance bonus/commission tied to qualified patient starts and CAC reduction (W2 or 1099 options depending on candidate)
Role Overview
You will own patient growth. Your job is to create demand and bring in new patients through: (1) digitally building referral relationships with clinics and community partners, (2) phone-based outreach and conversion, and (3) marketing execution that supports and scales your pipeline. You will be measured on patient starts and economics-not vanity metrics. All activity must be legal, ethical, and compliant (HIPAA policies).
What You’ll Do
Outbound Growth & Relationship Development (Primary Focus)
Spend significant time crafting digital campaigns, on the phone and in outreach building relationships with practice managers, clinic owners, therapists, primary care offices, urgent cares, OB/GYNs, student health, and community organizations to generate qualified referrals.
Build and manage a pipeline of referral sources with a clear cadence: digital engagement and then/or call -> email -> follow-up -> meeting -> trial referrals -> recurring flow.
Run digital lunch-and-learns and quick educational virtual touchpoints to drive referrals and trust.
Identify high-yield partners for specialty programs (Endocrine and TMS) and then create and execute targeted outreach plans.
Lead Conversion & Intake Enablement (Sales Motion)
Follow up with digital inbound leads (as assigned) to convert them to scheduled and kept appointments working hand in hand with our administrative team to ensure fast, empathetic, and organized hand-off.
Implement speed-to-lead and follow-up systems to reduce drop-off and improve show-rate, working closely with front desk.
Create and refine scripts, objection handling, and outreach sequences that feel human and relationship-based.
Marketing Execution That Supports Sales (Secondary Focus)
Own and optimize core acquisition channels that directly drive booked appointments: Google Search, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) Social Media Management, local SEO, landing pages, and simple retargeting where compliant.
Create conversion-oriented materials used in outreach: one-pagers, partner decks, “how to refer” guides, and service-line messaging.
Track results weekly across the full funnel: leads -> scheduled -> kept -> started, and adjust tactics aggressively.
Compliance & Professionalism (Non-Negotiable)
Ensure all outreach and marketing is compliant: HIPAA-safe workflows, accurate claims, no PHI exposure, no prohibited inducements, no misleading language.
Represent Kemet Health with integrity and high-EQ when speaking to partners and patients.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Qualified referral sources activated per week/month
Patient starts attributable to your outreach + marketing efforts
Cost per patient start (CAC) and CAC improvement trend
Conversion rates: lead->scheduled and scheduled->kept (show-rate)
Speed-to-lead and follow-up completion metrics
Pipeline health: meetings booked, follow-ups completed, referral flow consistency
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a sales-heavy growth role (healthcare sales, physician liaison, patient acquisition, or similar) where outcomes were measured
Strong phone confidence and stamina: you enjoy outreach both digitally and by phone, follow-up, and relationship development
Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (Hubspot, Social, SEO, GA4, GTM, local SEO, landing pages, conversion tracking)
Excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage a pipeline without dropping balls
Comfort working in a regulated environment and following compliance guardrails
Preferred Qualifications
